There is no hard cap. We have customers running multiple stores under one brand and brands running entirely separate menus and teams under one parent group.
Can each store have its own team?
Yes. Each store can have its own staff logins, order queue, and notifications. Group-level operators see everything; store-level operators see only their store.
Can I run different brands under one Keychat account?
Yes. Multi-brand groups (e.g. one owner running a coffee shop, a bakery, and a restaurant) can be set up as separate brands under a single billing relationship, each with its own number and identity.
