What does "fully managed" actually mean?

We do the setup, the integrations, the campaigns, the AI training and the ongoing optimisation. You don't log into a dashboard or learn new software. Your team carries on doing what they do best, we run the WhatsApp side for you.

Do I need to change my existing systems?

No. Keychat plugs into your existing POS, payment provider and accounting tools. Orders, bookings and payments flow into the systems you already use. You don't replace anything, we extend what you already have onto WhatsApp.

How is this different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. Keychat sells. We use AI to qualify, recommend, upsell and convert, and we wire it into payments, POS and delivery so the customer journey ends in a sale, not just a reply.

What does the setup include?

The once-off R2,000 setup covers everything: bill folder flyers designed, printed and delivered, storefront setup, POS integration, booking setup, your WhatsApp number, and manager and staff support. You also get R500 in Meta ads credit for your first campaign. After that there are no ongoing fees for your business; customers pay a small 5% fee per order.
